Come try out our 5:30 pm powerlifting team, first week FREE.

This team meets Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights from 5:30-7:00 pm. Train on a small team of 8 total athletes and two coaches. You will be guaranteed a lot of one one one attention and coaching. Your monthly membership includes; training guidelines for the whole week, nutrition coaching with Registered Dietitian approved nutrition plans, as well as monthly personal strategy sessions with the head coach.

Personal Training

One one one session with an experienced coach who will build you a completely custom program fit to your exact needs. YOU PICK THE TIME AND FREQUENCY OF SESSIONS. You can come in one or more times a week and we will include your programming for the rest of the week as well as a monthly strategy session and Registered Dietitian certified nutrition plan.

Powerlifting Teams

Work with a small team of 7 other athletes and two coaches 3 x a week. Includes programming for the rest of the week as well as nutrition coaching. You will develop strong bonds with your teammates that will help hold you accountable to your fitness and make strength training the best pat of your week! Our highly educated certified strength coaches will help guide you through safe programmed workouts designed specially to improve your strength, body composition, athletic ability, muscle definition, physical competency, and overall confidence.
