This team meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 9-10:30 with Coach Hill. You and 4 other athletes get to work with your coach 3 x a week. Includes programming for the rest of the week and nutrition coaching. You will develop strong bonds with your teammates that will help hold you accountable to your fitness and make strength training 3x a week the best pat of your week! Our highly educated certified strength coaches will help guide you through safe programmed workouts designed specifically to improve your strength, body composition, athletic ability, muscle definition, physical competency, and overall confidence.
