Who are we?

BTA is a team of strength and conditioning coaches who work out of a private studio gym in South Salt Lake City, Utah. We work with our athletes to educate and empower them to build fitness for life. We currently offer one one one personal training and small group team powerlifting classes. Personalized nutrition coaching is included with all programs.

What We do

Find the system that's right for you

Personal Training

Work one on one with certified personal trainer at our private studio gym in Millcreek, UT. We will lead you through safe and personalized workouts tailored to your individual goals and needs. Includes daily workout homework as well as personalized nutrition coaching.

Lifting Teams

Your team membership grants you access to 3  sessions per week with your team and your coach, as well as a monthly nutrition consultation and customized meal plan from your coach. Also included is programmed workouts for the rest of the week and online access to your client portal. Team is open to beginners or experienced lifters.

Morning crew meets at 9am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with Coach Hill
Two night crews meet 5:30pm and 7pm Monday with coach Hill, & Tuesday and Thursday with Coach Heidi
