Come try out our 5:30 pm powerlifting team, first week FREE.
This team meets Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights from 5:30-7:00 pm. Train on a small team of 8 total athletes and two coaches. You will be guaranteed a lot of one one one attention and coaching. Your monthly membership includes; training guidelines for the whole week, nutrition coaching with Registered Dietitian approved nutrition plans, as well as monthly personal strategy sessions with the head coach.
