Macronutrients (Carbs, proteins, and fats) have gotten a lot of attention lately. With popular diets like IIFYM, zone diet, and flexible dieting focusing on your macronutrient ratios, we often forget to focus on our micronutrients. Micros, otherwise known as vitamins and minerals, might not be as simple to talk about since there are so many of them. So the point of this series is to remove the enigma and present a clear and simple template to start with.
