Ashlee Henry, the owner of Überwinden Wellness, got her training in guided meditation from the Lakota spiritual teachings. Her style is unique and powerful. Encouraging you to go deep within yourself to create your own healing.

Überwinden," the German word for "overcoming," is the heart and soul of the Überwinden Wellness philosophy.

This FREE guided meditation event will create a space for healing and connection. Life does not come without struggles and hardships, and having a loving system of support to help you through those hardships is essential.

The circle will start at 9am Saturday the 17th. Please arrive on time as to not disrupt the flow of the circle.


Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of the squat, bench press, and deadlift. The goal for competitive powerlifters is to lift as much weight as possible for a one rep max in a meet. Our team meets every Tuesday and Thursday night from 5:30-7:30pm. We usually start with one of the main lifts, and finish up with a variety of strength exercises.

Because this is a strength sport, you can expect the pace to be much different from traditional group aerobics classes. Since we are an anaerobic sport, we take longer breaks between sets. Please note: Lifting heavy will not make you bulky, in fact, many of our athletes report a leaner and more shapely physique after training for a while. Non competitive athletes are welcome, we regularly have people who try this out who have little to no experience lifting weights.
