The price of personal training depends on your training frequency. If you are doing 3 sessions a week, then you get the best price. If you are only doing one session at a time, it is the most expensive option.
Want to save 10% on personal training? Commit to 6 months and receive a discount on your sessions! This offer only applies to clients who commit to 1, 2, or 3 sessions a week. If you need to take time off due to traveling or illness, then your sessions can be rolled over to the end of your 6 months, or you can add an additional session to your regular week. Some of our clients love to use this additional session for nutrition consultations!
